Bowling night
Last night was one of our closest friends’ birthday. So although we were exhausted from that 12 hour bus ride, we made it a point to meet her with some of our very special friends from language school.
We had dinner at Sizzler’s.

After dinner we went to go bowling… I have not played this sport in a while so I was not sure if it would be a good idea to play. But I tried, anyway.
But oops! we needed to rent a pair of shoes and buy a pair of socks if we were not wearing any!
That’s me in action!
I cannot believe it. I actually did well! I scored second to hubby. He had 84 while I got 78. Sorry I have been bragging about our scores. This is actually between 7 people who never bowl. Haha!!
We went for another round. Just 4 people this time… and I tied with Mariella scoring 88! So both of us were in the first place, Bitsy and Christine following us both having 84′s. I had fun. It’s great to discover I am actually good at one sport. I hope to play bowling with friends next time!
